How Ordering Works

From catalog to your branded product in six steps — minimums, deposits, and the label-approval process explained.

  1. 1

    Build your order

Pick products from the private label catalog. Every product has a minimum order of 1,500 units — quantities below that can't be ordered.

  2. 2

    Pay a 50% deposit

At checkout you review the sales order, sign it electronically, and pay a 50% deposit by card (a card processing fee applies to the deposit). This locks in your order and starts the label process.

  3. 3

    Submit your label designs

After payment, you send us your label designs. We provide templates and dielines so your artwork fits each product perfectly. Need design help? Our branding team can build your labels for you.

  4. 4

    Turnkey approves your labels

We review every design for print quality and regulatory compliance and approve it for production. If anything needs adjusting, we'll tell you exactly what and why.

  5. 5

    Approved labels ship to Turnkey

Your approved printed labels are shipped to our facility. Nothing enters production — and nothing ships — until your approved labels have arrived.

  6. 6

    Production, balance, and shipping

With labels in hand, we manufacture your order in GMP-certified, FDA-registered facilities. The remaining 50% balance is invoiced before shipping, and once it's paid your finished, labeled product ships to you.

The short version

  • Minimum order: 1,500 units per product.
  • 50% deposit due at checkout (plus card processing fee).
  • Labels: you design → we approve → approved printed labels ship to us.
  • Nothing ships until labels are approved and received.
  • The remaining 50% is invoiced before your order ships.
  • Security hold: no order ships within 15 days of payment, under any circumstances — a payment-verification measure that protects both sides on large orders.
  • Typical fulfillment is 4–6 weeks from payment due to label processing, inventory preparation, and production.
  • Price protection: your deposit locks in the checkout price. If a manufacturer cost change occurs before production, any increase requires your written approval — or you cancel for a full deposit refund. Decreases are passed through automatically.

Deposits are refundable before production begins — see the Return & Refund Policy for details. Questions? Call +1 888-265-0660 or email [email protected].
